Dirk the Daring fan art and project for Mike Defeo's mentored class on UArtsy in 2015.

ZBrush model of Dirk the Daring from the Laserdisk game Dragon's Lair. One of my favorite characters of all time. This work was done in Mike Defeo's mentored stylized maquette class on UArtsy. It's not "finished", but it may never be. I was going to give him a wolf companion/adversary.

Here's the WIP on the wolf. Instead of going for one of the Giddy Goons, I went for a more classic Don Bluth wolf (based on one from Balto).
