Sniper rifle

This was one of my top two in Resistance 2 to use in MP. As far as quirky game fantasy mechanics go, it was like a 20mm antiarcraft shell in that thing. And the bolt just magically squishes into the back of the receiver. Which is good, because it's so big it would otherwise go through the PC's eye socket into their brain.

I liked the slightly upteched WWII aesthetic of these games. That's an awfully nice walnut match stock on that field weapon. Entertainment is great for allowing beautiful luxury where it might not occur in real life.
